    Kai Lani Ocean Front      villa is one of four former model units and is situated closest to the ocean in the entire complex. It is beautifully decorated with numerous upgrades and is well landscaped. Kai Lani features generous green expanses edged with low density resort villas.


    This exceptionally spacious plantation style home is designer furnished with an old Hawaiian and Asian flair. The home’s attractive interior includes every upgrade such as plantation shutters, two master suites, exceptional finishes and fabrics, and tasteful Hawaiian accessories.


    This home boasts spectacular, unobstructed, 220 degree sweeping ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master suite and bath, and lanai.


    Both bedrooms have exceptionally comfortable queen size beds, and are furnished like a five star hotel.The master suite has a large walk-in closet, a separate double sink area with granite countertops, custom tile, and a large custom shower with ocean views. The second bathroom has granite countertops, with a shower/tub enclosure. The guest bedroom has mirrored sliding closet doors and views of lush gardens and mountains.
      

    The tropically landscaped pool/jacuzzi area is a short walk from your front door. 
    A short walk or bike ride away are golf, fine dining, secluded lagoons, theatres and shopping.
